1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the item
- Notify you of the refund status
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:
- Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take additional processing time.

5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. Consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
